The Career Center at The Actors Fund invites

You to our 6th Annual Valley Days Picnic!

Self-Care – Unleashing Creative Career Potential!

• Learn about different ways to integrate self-care into your daily practice to manifest and focus your energy towards specific career opportunities.
  
  
• Explore what works best for you to de-stress and open up to new ideas giving your career a much needed jump start.
  
  
• Gather information from a variety of leaders in the self-care and healing arts communities to increase awareness for healthy career management.

Join us in these table hopping demonstration sessions where you will meet a variety of professionals in different disciplines in self-care. They will expose you to different techniques so that your able to give manage stress in a healthy and productive way.

12:00pm: Picnic Lunch (with your ticket from attending the morning session)
12:30pm: The Career Center Orientation
1:00pm: Ted Talks, Conversation and Dessert

Parking is available on the street or for an $8 fee next door at St. Joseph’s Medical Center.
NO PARKING IN LOCAL 80’s LOT.
